Yoga Instructor

Yoga lit me up. First it just felt good - like after a workout - but then I started feeling stronger, more balanced, and more present in my body and my life. I allowed and accepted these initial wonderful benefits, and I continued with a dedicated yoga practice for several years, before completing my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Eon Yoga in May 2018, ready to share what I'd experienced as the benefits of yoga, with the world. Since then, I've trained in Thai Yoga Massage, completed several advanced Yoga Teacher Trainings and Workshops, as well as Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 with Rising Wings Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. In 2021, I completed my 300 Hour Yoga Therapy Diploma with Shakti Yoga Academy, a life-changing experience that opened my potential for healing and transformation, and one I'm ever thankful for. I have been sharing my practices and energy through teaching yoga and meditation, yoga therapy, massage and healing, and holding energetic space for individuals and collectives. I am committed to sharing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga, as well as inspiring a positive and resilient lifestyle and mindset.

Lazane

Yoga Instructor

Lazane initially went into yoga for the physical aspect back in 2012 but when she noticed the mental shift she knew she wanted to share it with others. Her love for people , connection & authenticity shines through her passion & drive. She strives to make people the best versions of themselves. Lazane did her 200 yoga teaching training in 2016, 100-hour kiddies yoga training in 2019 and completed her 300 hour diploma in Yoga Therapy in 2023.

Christa

Yoga Instructor

Christa started her journey with yoga in 2008 when she attended her first yoga class. As her love and passion for yoga grew, so did a deep desire to share this transformative experience with others. She completed a 500-hour TTC course in Integral Hatha Yoga, a 30-hour Advanced Yoga training certificate from Hotpod Pretoria and a 20-hour YACEP certificate in Understanding Trauma for Safer Spaces with Legacy Motion. She is a registered teacher with the Yoga Teachers Fellowship of South Africa. Her lifelong commitment to dancing and her background as a professional ballet dancer has given her a clear understanding of the human body and how it moves. By sharing this knowledge with her students, she aims to help them dive deeper into their bodies. Through movement, meditation, visualisation and breath awareness techniques, she brings students the tools to cope with the stresses and challenges of their daily lives. Helping them connect with a deeper part of themselves, finding inner peace, and feeling strong and healthy.

I'm dedicated to guiding students on their journey of growth and enrichment. In 2023, I completed my 200 Yoga Teacher Training and became a certified SABOD HipHop dance instructor. With a passion for music and movement, I firmly believe in the adage 'health is wealth.' I'm committed to instilling this ethos in every aspect of my teaching, aiming to inspire holistic well-being and self-expression in all those I encounter.

Internationally qualified yoga instructor, her dynamic classes focus on hands-on adjustments & clear instruction. With a diverse background in yoga, Thai bodywork, pilates, meditation, & gymnastics, Mischa fosters community & personal growth, also teaching the business of yoga.

Talita

Yoga Nidra & Sound Journey

Talita completed her yoga teachers training at Hotpod yoga Pretoria in 2023. She has a passion for music, meditation and yoga Nidra. She also works as a social worker in the mental health field and believes in our bodies ability to heal by creating space from within.

How do I sign up?

  2. You will be redirected to our booking system Octiv.
  3. Choose a package.
  4. Fill out your details (your e-mail and password, name, number ect)
  5. After payment, you will be immediately sent a payment confirmation e-mail via Octiv
  6. Download the Octiv App and sign in with your e-mail and password you have created.
  7. After signing in, you will be able to view the schedule and book your classes.
